Our Favorite Blasted Green Smoothie
Serving size: Makes one 16 oz. smoothie
- ½ banana
- 1 cup frozen kale
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Seaweed Smoothie Blast
Add the banana, mango, frozen kale, almond milk, and 1 tsp of Cinnamon Seaweed Smoothie Blast to your blender. Blitz and enjoy!
Blasted Overnight Oats
This dramatic spice blend is perfect for punching up your overnight oats!
Put 1/2 cup dried rolled oats into a bowl or container. Add 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon Seaweed Smoothie Blast, then pour on the milk (or your favorite milk alternative). Cover and refrigerate for the night.
In the morning, add fruit and nuts as desired. Drizzle your oats with a little honey or maple syrup to bring out the flavors of the cinnamon and ginger!
Blasted Greek Yogurt
No need to buy flavored yogurt! Add up to 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon Seaweed Smoothie Blast and a dash of honey or agave to a single 5 oz. portion cup of Greek yogurt for a nutritious snack. Embellish with granola or fruit for an extra layer of texture and sweetness.
