Kelp has a salt-like flavor but contains 85% less sodium than salt. It adds umami depth and provides nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin K, and iodine.

How to Power Season Your Meat
Serving size: Makes 4 savory turkey burgers
In a large bowl, mix 1 beaten egg, chopped parsley, and 2 tsp of Power Kelp Seasoning into 1 lb of organic ground turkey meat. Form the meat into 4 patties.
Bake the patties in the oven (20 minutes at 400˚) or cook them on the grill (about 3-5 minutes on each side) until the internal temperature reaches 165˚. In the meantime, lightly toast your burger buns. When you’re ready to serve, assemble the burgers and add your favorite toppings!
