Power Kelp Turkey Burgers
Serving size: Makes 4 savory turkey burgers
In a large bowl, mix 1 beaten egg, chopped parsley, and 2 tsp of Power Kelp Seasoning into 1 lb of organic ground turkey meat. Form the meat into 4 patties.
Bake the patties in the oven (20 minutes at 400˚) or cook them on the grill (about 3-5 minutes on each side) until the internal temperature reaches 165˚. In the meantime, lightly toast your burger buns. When you’re ready to serve, assemble the burgers and add your favorite toppings!
Spicy Scrambled Eggs
Whisk three eggs together in a bowl. Sprinkle in salt if desired. Warm up a pan at medium heat and add butter. When the butter is melted and bubbling, add in the whisked eggs. Sprinkle on 1/2 tsp of Power Kelp Seasoning™ and fold the eggs as they cook. Once cooked through, remove from the heat and add your scrambled eggs to breakfast tacos or a plate of fresh fruit and toast for a marvelous breakfast.
Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
What you'll need:
- 1 lb. whole Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Power Kelp Seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Trim ends and any wilted leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise and place the pieces in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and Power Kelp Seasoning to the Brussels sprouts and mix until fully coated. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. (It's best if they aren’t crowded.) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until leaves start to crisp. Serve warm!
